16 Bedrooms.
All private bedrooms are fully furnished, control their own heat, have black-out window blinds, & keypad locks. Some rooms have twin beds, but most have a Full/Double mattress.
5-1/2 Bathrooms.
Most of the bathrooms have been completely renovated. Toilet paper, hand soap & weekly cleanings are all included!
Kitchen.
The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 4 Large Refrigerators, Dishwasher, Keurig, Reverse-Osmosis Water Dispenser, Air Fryer, Toaster & Blender. Plus it is fully stocked with all dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, cookware, and even paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs, plus weekly cleaning.

Living Room.
How big is your TV at home? This one is 70" with premium cable. Plus a house WiFi printer/scanner, all included in your rent.
WiFi.
Ubiquiti is what you find in office buildings, hotels & conference centers. There are no dead spots with 5 access points throughout the house to connect you to the business-class Spectrum internet.
Laundry.
Commercial-grade laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers. This is about the only thing not included at 3 Pearl, but don't worry about finding quarters, these machines are operated from a phone app or credit/debit card.
